Sandra Eileen Baker, 63, of Bergholz, Ohio, passed away on July 22, 2026. She was born on April 11, 1963, in Steubenville, Ohio, to the late James Perine and Barbara (Young) Perine Hanlin. In addition to her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by her sisters, Donna (Perine) McCort Myers and Sue (Perine) Johnston Elson. Sandy loved gardening, taking care of animals, helping with charity, JBC work, and local families. Donald “Chip” Eugene Martin, age 82 of Lexington, South Carolina, a former local area resident, went to be with his Lord July 17th Visitation hours for Chip will be held Sunday, July 26, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto. A celebration service of Chip’s life will be held Monday July 27 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial to follow at the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery County Road 68, Toronto.
