Donis “Tiny” Cecilia (Dawson) Whiteman, 68 of Hickory, PA, grew up in Wellsburg, WV, passed away suddenly, Monday, August 5, 2024 at UPMC Presbyterian, Pittsburgh, PA. Tiny was born on March 20, 1956 at Ft. Meade Army Base in Maryland. She was the daughter of the late Norman “Bus” Dawson Sr. and Mary Katherine (Woodburn) Dawson.
