Charles W. “Butch” Vandine Jr., 75, of Bloomingdale, Ohio passed away Friday, May 31, 2024 at Trinity West. He was born on January 8, 1949 in Steubenville, the son of the late Charles W. and Eleanor Donohue Vandine Sr. Butch was the retired owner/operator of Vandine Insurance Agency (State Farm) in Wintersville.
