Frances Asfour, formerly of Weirton, joined her husband Shukri and daughter Leila Chamma in heaven on May 27, 2024 at Hospice of the Eastern Panhandle. Surviving are her other three children, Fay Stump (Greg) of Hedgesville, WV, with whom she made her home since 2015; Joseph Asfour (Joyce) of Land O’Lakes, Florida, and Lisa Flaifel (George) of Markham, Ontario, Canada.
