Margaret Ann “Peg” Milby, 97, of New Cumberland, passed away on Saturday, January 10th, at the Orchards of East Liverpool, surrounded by her family. Peg was born to the late Frank and Mary Jane Eaton McDonald. Along with her parents, Peg was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, William J. (Bill) Milby, who passed away on November 30, 2010. She is also preceded by her son-in-law, Keith Anderson, and her siblings: Gayle Treleven, Arlene Copestick, Forrest McDonald, and James F.
