RICHMOND — The Edison football team got off the schneid last week, and the Wildcats will look to continue their winning ways this week. Fresh off a victory last week against Monroe Central, Edison is set to take on undefeated Martins Ferry at 7 p.m. Friday night out at the Edison Unified Sports Complex. LOST CREEK — The Oak Glen football team began the season with an emotion win against Hancock County rival Weir. Unfortunately, Week 2 did not go as well for the Golden Bears as River defeated Oak Glen, 49-14, last Friday night at home. The boys from northern Hancock County hit the road once again this week as Oak Glen is set to take on South Harrison at 7 p.m. Friday night at Gary Barnette Field.
