Frank Colalella Charitable Foundation awards scholarships

STEUBENVILLE — The Frank Colalella Charitable Foundation awarded five $1,000 scholarships to area seniors at their awards banquet.  This year’s recipients were Catholic Central’s Matthew Sprochi, Madonna’s Rylee Birkhimer, the Jefferson County JVS’ Leigh Anne Anderson, Brooke’s Rocco Sacripanti and Big Red’s Emily Tuttle. The foundation was formed to honor the legacy of Colabella by friends and teammates.
