Colleen Jane Francis, 70, of Rayland, OH, passed away on Sunday June 21, 2026, at Wheeling Hospital, after a courageous battle with lung cancer.
She was born on December 27, 1955, in Martins Ferry, OH, to the late Ray and Lillian (Maderia) Boyd.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Francis and her brother, Henry Boyd.
Colleen is survived by her two sons, Bob (Cindy) and Mark (Autumn); her sister, Christine Busby and her grandchildren, Sean (Hannah)Francis, Emma Morrison, Kaity Morrison and Matthew Francis.
Friends will be received to pay tribute to Colleen and celebrate her life on Monday, June 29, from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m., at Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, and on Tuesday, from 10 a.m. until the time of service of 11 a.m., at the funeral home
