Steubenville Police Creating chaos: A woman claimed her brother “punched her in the face as hard as he could” during an argument with him and their parents but police said she had no visible wounds or redness, Wednesday. Police said the woman had “difficulty balancing,” and her brother told them she showed up “intoxicated and acting belligerent.” He said his parents had their grandchildren there but his sister “continued screaming and cursing and causing chaos in the home” and was told several times but refused, “persisting in her behavior” so he grabbed her feet ...

Jefferson County Sheriff Questions: A couple who took their pregnant daughter to an Empire area residence to get her dog and her belongings reported her ex-boyfriend threatened them if they didn’t leave and “was on (the) front porch with his shotgun when they left,” Monday.
