RICHMOND — A Toronto man was killed Tuesday following a single-vehicle crash near Richmond. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, James A. Clark, 70, was driving a 2024 Jeep Gladiator north on state Route 152 at about 4:26 p.m. when the vehicle went off the right side of the roadway, overturned and struck a tree. Clark was pronounced dead at the scene by the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
