Brooke Library to Library to host storytime, movie and 'Duckorate' WELLSBURG – The Brooke County Public Library will offer several upcoming programs for the community. An Evening Explore & Learn Storytime with Miss Kim will be held Thursday, May 7, at 5 p.m., featuring a story and hands-on activities. Space is limited. Portions of Fort Steuben Mall declared 'unsafe'

STEUBENVILLE — The owners of Fort Steuben Mall have been given 30 days to address numerous building and property maintenance violations or face possible closure of much of the facility. City building inspectors declared large portions of the mall “unsafe for occupancy and uninhabitable,” with the affected area beginning just beyond the Great American Cookies storefront.
