Boil order issued for Hillcrest Road area

WEIRTON - A boil order has been issued for the Hillcrest Road area, following previously announced work on a water line. The Weirton Area Water Board issued the boil order this morning for Hillcrest Road, Lane J, Peak Street, Pikeview Road, the 100 block of School Street, and the 100 block of South 11th Street, as well as any others experiencing low or no water pressure nearby. Library announces September programs

STEUBENVILLE — The Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County will offer a variety of programs for adults and children throughout September at its branches. At the Main Library, the Book Club will meet at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 9 to discuss “In Five Years” by Rebecca Serle. Books can be borrowed by calling 740-282-9782.
