Classrooms and Community event set STEUBENVILLE — The second-annual Classrooms and Community event will be held Monday at the Main Branch of the Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County, 407 S. Fourth St. The event will run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and will include giveaways of school supplies for teachers and students. STEUBENVILLE — Motorists in Steubenville and Wellsburg should be aware of upcoming road work that will impact traffic beginning Monday. Washington Street (state Route 43) in Steubenville will be closed to all traffic beginning at 7 a.m. Monday from the Market Street Ramp to North Seventh Street.
