MARTINS FERRY — The Daily Bread Center will revive a longtime community tradition Thursday when it hosts its annual salad luncheon fundraiser at the St. Mary School gym. The luncheon will be held from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and is donation-based, with attendees invited to make "love offerings" to support the Daily Bread Center's operations. Car Show Set for July 4 in Chester CHESTER — The Chester Lions Club will hold its annual Fourth of July Car Show from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 4. Registration will be held from 10 a.m. to noon and costs $10 per vehicle. All makes, models and years of cars, trucks and motorcycles are welcome.
