Mingo Council adjusts meeting schedule MINGO JUNCTION — Village Council has had to adjust its meeting schedule for the month of April. Mayor Judy Ruckman said council normally meets on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month but two council members won’t be available on those dates and a third, who resigned, has not been replaced. “This month only, meetings will be April 7 and April 21,” she said. Road rage reported: A motorist allegedly involved in what was described as a road rage incident on Sunset Boulevard near the midtown Speedway “where one of the drivers brandished a firearm” was taken into custody Sunday. Police said Jovionte D.E. Howes, 27, 1805 N. 9th St., Apt.
