Police Beat Steubenville Police Under the influence: Police say charges are pending against a motorist allegedly driving into yards and on sidewalks on Sunset Boulevard at Lovers Lane, Tuesday. Police Beat Steubenville Police Agitated: A woman living in the 500 block of Dock Street called the police station asking for help Wednesday. A bystander directed police to an apartment in the 400 block of N. Sixth Street, where they spoke with a man who said he and his ex had been arguing and she “left the area after crashing her vehicle into a small tree” Wednesday.
