Steubenville Police Stupid is as stupid does: An Empire resident traveling with his girlfriend and child on John Scott Highway at Sunset Boulevard told police a man in a white Toyota Tundra was tailgating him so he “slammed on his breaks and the truck nearly struck him,” Monday.
