Steubenville Police Violence reported: A city resident was booked into the Jefferson County Jail after an alleged domestic disturbance in the 100 block of Rosslyn Boulevard involving a firearm, Friday. Police said Nathaniel V. Flesher, 26, is facing charges of domestic violence and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. When they got there, police said a male was sitting in his vehicle with a stab wound to his back and was taken to the hospital for treatment. No further details were available. Steubenville Police Concerning: A resident in the 1400 block of Adams Street said his wife had "grabbed a steak knife and locked herself in the bathroom," Thursday. He said they'd been arguing over text messages "and she was attempting to kick him out of the residence." He said after learning he'd called police she "began striking herself in the face and (said) she would blame the injuries on him."
