Steubenville Police Friendly folks: Tenants living in a duplex in the 700 block of Kendall Avenue blamed each other for causing another dispute, Tuesday. The upstairs tenant complained to police that her mother and aunt had come to visit but the downstairs tenant “verbally accosted” them “about shoveling snow into a neighbor’s parking spot and voiced contempt for (them) parking their vehicle in front of the residence,” triggering an argument.
