Steubenville Police Backsliding: A Cunningham Lane resident reported a disturbance and wanted a female to be removed from his home, Wednesday. The homeowner said the woman had been in rehab in another state for three years but “was intoxicated and began to argue with him.” Police said he had a small scratch on his face but didn’t want to pursue charges, though he did want her to leave.
