Steubenville Police Cheating hearts: A woman reported a disturbance in the 3100 block of Central Avenue, Tuesday. Police said the woman, who was intoxicated, told them she’d been drinking with a male friend and they started arguing about a civil matter involving another individual and claims at one point the male “grabbed her by the front of her shirt, causing her necklace to break” so she “grabbed a dog leash and hit him (with it).” He fled on foot, bleeding, and tried to flag a passing ambulance down, police said.
