Steubenville Police Ignorance is bliss: A woman in the 400 block of Union Avenue said she was assaulted by her husband, Sunday. She said she was standing in her doorway and wanted to know who she was texting, and when she told him she said he “grabbed her by the shirt and … punched her in the mouth,” before grabbing his things and leaving the residence.
