Steubenville Police Walk-ins not welcome: A South Fifth Street resident was “struck multiple times in her face (and had) dried blood on her lips” after a stranger walked into her home and was heard by roommates telling himself, “The door was unlocked and I’m going to be staying here tonight,” Thursday.
