Steubenville Police Gunfire: Multiple callers reported hearing shots fired in the vicinity of Oakmont and Rosswell avenues, Sunday. Police said they located a “scene” in the 700 block. Information was gathered and the scene turned over to the city’s detective division. Misbehaving: Several individuals were spotted on the roof of the Franciscan University Fieldhouse, Tuesday.
