Steubenville Police Demon dog: A man in the 800 block of N. Sixth Street said he was threatened, Tuesday. He told police he was waiting for the elevator in the JFK building when a man he didn’t know walked by and “made some type of comment about (his) dog being a demon and then told him, “Don’t make me come back and kill you.” Arguing: Someone reported a domestic disturbance at Belleview Park, Tuesday.
