Steubenville Police Shenanigans: A caller reported seeing a couple “allegedly engaged in illegal activity” behind a box truck in the 200 block of N. 4th Street, Tuesday. Police said the two weren’t engaged in anything illegal when they arrived at the scene and after identifying them they told the couple to move along. Steubenville Police Lost power: A Greenwich Avenue resident said his neighbor called him to report a vehicle had struck the front of his home, Monday. Police located a woman who advised she was northbound on Greenwich when her vehicle “stopped going forward.” She said she tried to coast back to her residence and attempted to back it into her driveway but it stopped, and when she “got out to ask her children to assist in pushing it completely into the driveway” it started moving backward down the hill and struck a house before clipping a parked car.
