Steubenville Police One booked: Police report two women were slumped over in a vehicle in a parking lot in the 2100 block of Sunset Boulevard, Saturday. They said they woke them up and claimed both “seemed to be under the influence of some type of narcotic” and their speech “was slow and very lethargic.” One of the women “appeared to be drifting in and out of consciousness” as they spoke with her, police said, alleging that when she got out of the car they saw several stamp bags on the seat where she’d been sitting.
