Bill was born Nov. 23, 1933, in New Somerset, OH, son of the late Edward Grover and Mary Ella (Richards) Landis. He was retired from DeNoon Lumber where he worked as a mechanic and operator. He was born on September 21, 1946 in East Liverpool, Ohio, the son of the late George and Alice (Dawson) Arehart.
