Mary Lou (Elliott) Fonner, 79 born March 16, 1945, passed away at home June 13, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents William T. and Mabel Elliott, her husband William F. Fonner Sr. to whom she married June 13, 1964, and their son William F. Fonner Jr., and her sister Dolores McKitrick She is survived by her, daughter Shari Fonner Buffington and her boyfriend Aaron Rss and a very special nephew Thomas McKitrick, whom she thought of as a son.
