Council pulls the plug on Belleview Park water slide

STEUBENVILLE – A water slide isn’t going to be one of the attractions when Steubenville’s newly revamped Belleview Pool reopens for the summer. The slide, manufactured in Canada, is equipped with railings that don’t meet U.S. safety standards.
