Concert postponed STEUBENVILLE — The thunderstorms that hit the Tri-State Area Thursday afternoon forced officials at Historic Fort Steuben to postpone the concert that had been scheduled for the Berkman Amphitheater. NEWELL – The Hancock County Sheriff's Department is investigating a two-vehicle crash near the Ergon refinery, Tuesday, which resulted in one individual trapped within a vehicle.
