Meteorologists at the National Weather Service’s Pittsburgh bureau are casting wary eyes toward the skies over the next few days, as heavy rains around several parts of the Ohio Valley could produce flooding — especially since previous storms have already saturated the ground. SR 152 to close south of Richmond RICHMOND — State Route 152 will close just south of Walnut Ridge Road from Aug. 17-28 for a culvert replacement project. The closure will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. School buses and emergency vehicles will be accommodated during the closure.
