Police beat Steubenville Police Rummaging: A caller in the 1500 block of Ridge Avenue reported seeing an unknown male in two parked cars Sunday and said he also tried to snatch a fake plant from someone's porch. Police said the man told them, “he’d been sleeping in another vehicle and must have mistaken this vehicle for it.” He said he did not own a vehicle and had no idea whose vehicle he was in.
