Steubenville Police Wonder why: A man who wanted his vehicle serviced at a shop in town told employees he’d “been denied service before and if they did it again, then they would regret it,” Friday. Steubenville Police Thoughtless: A Scioto Drive resident said a neighbor is intentionally blowing grass clippings and dirt in her yard when he mows, Tuesday. She said when she tried talking about it, he “told her that he was not going to change how he mowed the lawn.” Police tried to speak with him but were unsuccessful.
