Steubenville Police Down and out: Callers reported a man in the bathroom at McDonald’s “yelling … and hitting the walls,” Wednesday. Police said they recognized the man but didn’t see any damage to the walls, so they roused the man who “immediately stood up and stated he was fine.” He declined medical assistance, so police took him home.
