Steubenville Police Loaded up: The owner of a rental property in the 1300 block of Oregon Avenue said he evicted the tenants and when they left, they took his stove, refrigerator and water heater, Monday. He valued the items at $700 and told police he’d like to pursue charges. Employees at Mr. Fuel said a man had refused to leave the property when they asked him to, Monday. Steubenville Police Fenced in: A driver crashed into a fence “on the back side of the first field about 50-60 feet up a hillside” on Stanton Boulevard, Friday.
