Jefferson County groups receive grants JEFFERSON COUNTY — Two Jefferson County nonprofit organizations have received grants through the Dale Hileman Legacy Fund and the Donald R. Myers Legacy Fund to Support Partnership in Appalachian Ohio. The United Way of Jefferson County was awarded a $750 grant from the Dale Hileman Legacy Fund.
