To the Editor, Dysfunctional —deviating from the norms of social behavior. As the population keeps expanding the dysfunctional keep expanding. Up to 6 billion Earth can handle and manage anything. At 8 or 9 billion, nothing is manageable, not even the functional as might be expected. Poverty does not make a better person. Wealth does not make a better person. To the Editor, On January 10, candidates will begin registering to try to become an elected official in 2022. Over 80% of individuals who win elections are incumbents. Make sure you understand what these candidates promise and hold them accountable for their record. Have they been a public servant or just another politician?
