Steubenville Police Arson: A woman is believed to have set a clothing display on fire in Wal-Mart, Friday. Employees said the woman was seen on security footage “reaching into her purse then reaching under a clothing display” in the boys’ clothing section. Jefferson County Drug Task Force Two Steubenville residents were booked into the Jefferson County Jail Thursday after detectives with the Drug Task Force and Steubenville police executed search warrants at their, task force Commander Maj. Chris Vinci reported. Charged were: • Sean Dudley, 47, 111 McDowell Ave., felony drug possession. Vinci said Dudley also was charged with violating the terms of his probation for previous drug charges.
