Jefferson Commissioners seek support for grant funds STEUBENVILLE—Jefferson County Commissioners are hoping for federal assistance to complete the funding circle for the County Road 36 bridge replacement and trail grade separation project. Police Beat Steubenville Waffling: Someone reported a disturbance in the mall parking lot “involving a firearm” Sunday, but the individuals involved told police no one had a gun.
