To the Editor, Without adding any hocus-pocus to creation, the best bet is accidents happen. Simple enough, science says. Nothing existed. Just a dark void. To the Editor, The Fourth Annual High School Students Art Exhibition sponsored by the Top of WV Arts Council, a sub-committee of the Top of WV Convention Visitors Bureau was held Thursday, November 9th at the Summit Art Gallery with an opening reception having over 150 in attendance.
