Jefferson County sheriff
Arrested: Calvin Lee Daye, 25, 102 Carothers Drive, Turtle Creek, Pa., failure to appear, Friday.
Vandalized: About 11 homes and two vehicles along Cedar Road, Richmond, sprayed with paintballs, Tuesday. The paint washed off, deputies were told.
Steubenville police
Arrested: Jeno Wall, 29, 1509 Foster Place, Steubenville, criminal trespass, criminal mischief and aggravated menacing, Tuesday.
Arrested: Louis W. Monder, 33, and Kayla Hawthorne, 32, both of 1312 Arlington Ave., domestic violence, Tuesday.
Arrested: Terald Herring, 43, no fixed address, criminal trespass and public indecency, Tuesday.
Bogus: A fast-food restaurant on Sunset Boulevard reported a man and woman tried to pay for their food with a counterfeit $20 bill. When the manager confronted them, the couple paid with legitimate currency and left.
Harrassed: A resident in the 300 block of North 7th Street reported receiving threatening messages, Thursday.
Vandalized: A resident in the 400 block of Linden reported his mailbox was struck by paintballs, Thursday.
Theft: Two televisions, a white laptop and a Playstation 4 with games reported stolen from residence in the 1300 block of Oak Grove, Thursday.
Burglars: A screen was removed and a window opened in a residence in the 700 block of Kendall, activating an alarm, Friday. Resident reported nothing appeared missing.
Cited: Sam Johnson, 49, 180 N. 4th St., Apt. 508, expired plates and failure to control.

Arrested: John A. Johnson, 49, 500 16 th St., Wheeling, domestic violence, failure to identify and obstructing justice, Tuesday.
