Police Beat Jefferson County Drug Task Force Homes raided: Two Toronto residents were taken into custody early Saturday after authorities allegedly found methamphetamine in their homes, Jefferson County Drug Task Force Commander Maj. Chris Vinci said. Police Beat Steubenville Police A caller reported seeing a woman who appeared to be disoriented walking in the vicinity of University Boulevard Sunday. Police said the woman had a dog on a leash but was “stumbling around and falling to the side of the roadway.” She told police she’d been eating at a nearby restaurant with her boyfriend but when he called her “in an offensive and inappropriate way,” she walked out.
