Joyce G. Vest, 78, of Wintersville, Ohio passed away on January 3, 2025 at Trinity West Medical Center. Joyce was born August 20, 1946 in Naugatuck, WV a daughter of the late Henry & Adath Harmon Marcum. Joyce worked for Bates Amusement from 1980 – 2015. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents Henry & Adath and three siblings Jasper Glenn Marcum, Linda Lou Hay & H. L. Marcum.
