Police reports


Arrested: Laqwala Kelly-Gant,27, 507 Union Ave., Steubenville, possession of a drug instrument, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs and tampering with evidence, Tuesday. Police allegedly found six hypodermic needles, two glass crack pipes, and two burned spoons with dried residue in a Kelly-Gant’s diaper bag. The driver of the vehicle, Dafney Sienicki, 37, of 395 Purdy Lane Exstension, Burgettstown, was cited for a marked lane violation.

Arrested: Anna M. Clark, 31, 646 Prospect Ave., Steubenville, bench warrant out of Harrison County, Tuesday. Additional charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and obstruction of official business were filed after authorities allegedly detected a glass pipe, concealed in Clark’s bra.

Arrested: Daniel Canterbury, 29, 430 Westwood Dr., Steubenville, failure to appear, Tuesday.

Arrested: Megan Strachan, 31, 2937 Linda Way, Steubenville, two counts possession of drugs, Tuesday. Strachan allegedly concealed three Clonazepan tablets in a cigarette wrapper, police said.

Morris, 50, 515 Emmett Way, Steubenville, stop sign violation; Rachel Kline, 39, 1630 Oregon Ave., Steubenville, assured clear distance violation; Henry V. Mason, 45, 163 Nessly St. Empire, driving under suspension.
