Steubenville

Fled: Police are looking for a woman who fled Walmart with a shopping cart containining items she did not pay for, Thursday. Store employees say the woman had a vacuum and possibly a computer in the cart, and allegedly loaded both items in the back of a white pickup truck with the name of a well-known local business on the tailgate.

Arrested: Kimberly Huffman, 60, 100 Wanda St., Weirton, possession of drugs and obstruction, Friday on South Fifth St.

Arrested: Christen M. Wilson, 25, 1140 Lincoln Ave., Apt. D, Steubenville, turned herself in on a bench warrant, Thursday.

Arrested: Jackuline M.Saunders, 41, 730 Oakmont Ave., Steubenville, turned herself in on a temporary protection order volation, Thursday.

Arrested: Jesse Lee Turner, 36, 211 West Blvd., Mingo Junction, bench warrant and obstruction, Friday. Turner allegedly fled on foot when police arrived on scene in the 600 block of Grandview Avenue after callers reported seeing an individual running around and hitting himself in the head.
