Jefferson County sheriff

Problems: A Dillonvale man told deputies he ran to a neighbor’s house after his former fiance turned up at his home uninvited after their breakup, Wednesday. The man said he wanted his ex-fiance arrested because she allegedly entered his home without permission and chased him and at one point kicked his truck. He claimed she’d forced her way in a back door, but deputies said there was no indication of forced entry nor had the grass been disturbed. She said she came to his home because he’d wanted his ring back and she wanted her dirt bike, and since he’d blocked her cellphone, the exchange had to be arranged in person. She said when she arrived at his house he behaved oddly, running down the street so she followed him to explain why she was there. She said she went back for her vehicle and returned, asking him to get in but he wouldn’t. She said she never entered his house. She said there were two guns in the house registered in her name but he was refusing to give them to her.
